Purchasing Terms:

1. Support mixed batch minimum of 100 pieces, or mixed batch jewelry minimum of 6 pieces (parts or products below 5 yuan are not counted). If the order quantity is less than the minimum order quantity, the goods will not be shipped. There is no support for 7-day free return and exchange.

2. After payment, the goods will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Our store only uses ZTO Express and SF Express. By default, we use STO Express and ZTO Express. For regions including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, all shipments will use SF Express and the payment will be on delivery.

3. All products are individually packaged in OPP bags with paper cards.

4. All products in our store are 100% photographed from the actual items, and the images are for reference only. There may be some color differences due to photography, and we hope you can understand.

5. International trade jewelry may have minor imperfections. We will carefully select and inspect the products before shipping to ensure they are suitable for use. Please understand that products worth around ten yuan cannot compare with those sold in department stores. If you have high standards, please purchase from the department store.

• If you encounter minor issues such as loose connection rings after receiving the product, you can simply use pliers to clamp them back in place.
• Manual labor is involved, and it is normal for the raw materials of some products to shrink by about 0.1MM or to have gaps during production.
• Pearl products, especially natural pearls, are prone to minor imperfections or scratches, which are unavoidable. Natural pearls also come in a variety of sizes and shapes. (Unless specified, all pearls are imitation pearls; such prices cannot be used for genuine pearls). We do not accept pearls with imperfections; please consider this before making a purchase.
• Silver is relatively soft, and silver needle products cannot avoid the earring pins from bending or deforming. Please view this rationally. If you are concerned, you can straighten them with pliers.
• Occasionally, there may be a small amount of glue leakage or minor scratches on the product.
• The products in our store do not distinguish between electroplated genuine gold and rose gold, and they are sent at random.
• If you cannot accept the above questions, please be cautious when shooting.

6. Unless there is a quality issue, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to dislikes, differences from expectations, poor appearance when worn, size being too large or too small, etc. Please carefully read the product descriptions before making a purchase.

7. All products are anti-allergy treated, although they are electroplated with real gold on the surface, individuals with sensitive skin who are prone to allergic reactions may still not be able to wear them. (All products may lose their color over time, and the color retention is not guaranteed.) Although the jewelry is made of a material other than real gold and silver, it is electroplated with real gold on the surface. Please note that proper maintenance can extend the service life and avoid the corrosion of chemical-containing items such as clean water, perfume, soap, hair spray, and detergent on the jewelry. After wearing, it is best to wipe it clean with a soft cloth and then place it in a bag or jewelry box in a dry, shaded, and sealed place. It is recommended that the jewelry should not be exposed to the air for a long time to avoid oxidation.

8. If there are any damage or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact us immediately. Also, please take photos at the first time and inform us of the order number. We will give prompt attention and handle the issue within 7 days from the logistics receipt. Any issues after this period will not be processed.

9. If we encounter a large shortage of goods, we will immediately contact you via Alibaba Messenger to see if we need to change the order. If there is a small number of missing styles, they will be registered and noted on the shipping list. Please contact customer service after receiving the goods to request a refund.

After receiving the goods, if you find the style is incorrect, please contact our customer service within 24 hours to confirm a refund or a price difference. We will bear the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the returned products are fully packaged. For defective or incorrectly sent products that need to be replaced, they can be sent out in the next order or contact customer service for a refund. The order will not be resend a second time. All returned items are rejected for SF and prepaid items. The shipping costs for returning items due to refusal will be borne by yourself.

11. For regions including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas, there is no after-sales service. We will carefully verify the quantity and inspect the products at the time of shipment to ensure honesty in sales. If any shortage or damaged items are reported after receipt, we will not provide any form of compensation or resolution.

Please confirm the product and quantity after the consignment is received in China. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately to verify and handle them. If problems arise after the second transfer, we will not be responsible for them and will not handle them.
