1. Inventory Problems
Due to the peak season, the online and offline orders will be shipped simultaneously. The inventory numbers displayed on the website are not the actual inventory numbers. Please contact our factory customer service to confirm whether there are stock available for the product before placing an order.
2. Shipping Issues
(1)All products from our factory will undergo strict inspection by the shipping department before shipment to ensure that the quality of the products is intact and undamaged. To avoid any unforeseen factors that may occur during transportation, please open the product in the presence of the logistics to check after receiving it, and confirm that there are no errors before signing the logistics receipt.
There are two ways to ship goods from our factory: for smaller orders or sample shipments, we generally recommend using express delivery, which has the advantages of door-to-door delivery and convenience, but the drawback is that the freight is relatively expensive. For larger orders, we generally recommend sending them directly to the freight forwarding company or logistics company, which has the advantage of affordable freight costs, but the drawback is that the buyer needs to personally go to the logistics delivery location to pick up the goods (if it is really inconvenient to pick up, you can negotiate with the logistics company for home delivery, with additional costs). Please note clearly in the order if you have a frequent cooperation with the courier or logistics company.

4. Product Issues
(1)Weight Fluctuation
All products of this factory have a weight fluctuation of about 5%, and buyers who cannot accept the weight fluctuation should carefully consider. Weight fluctuations will not be used as the basis for returns and exchanges.

The product sizes of our factory are measured manually, and an error of 1-3cm is considered normal. Buyers who cannot accept size errors should carefully consider this, or contact our customer service to inquire about the actual sizes. Size errors will not be used as the basis for returns or exchanges.
(3)Color Difference Issue
All products of this factory are photographed with actual items, please rest assured to purchase. It is impossible to avoid color differences in online sales. Because the color of the picture will be different under different color lights and monitors, it cannot be accepted as a basis for exchange or return if the buyer cannot accept any color differences.
5. After-sales issues
(1)Buyers are required to open the packaging boxes for inspection upon receipt of the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging boxes are damaged. If there are any problems such as damage due to transportation, please obtain a proof with a fresh stamp from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the buyer in making a claim.
(2) Refunds based on dissatisfaction or unlikeness without actual quality issues will not be accepted.
Customized products are not supported for returns or exchanges.
