Preface: Preface: The J-15 (English: J-15, Chinese nickname: Flying Shark, English: Flying Shark, NATO code: Flanker-D) is a single-seat, twin-engine carrier-based fighter developed by China based on the domestic J-11 fighter, using the T-10K-3 prototype of the Soviet Su-33 fighter obtained from Ukraine. The J-15 belongs to the fourth-generation fighter improved version, that is, a fourth-and-a-half generation fighter.
Experiment Objective: Through gaming and entertainment, help children learn more knowledge and develop their hands-on skills.
Principle Application: An aircraft rises by parallel thrust and glides. A good hand-thrown flight path should form a beautiful arc. Many people mistakenly throw the aircraft at a high angle before gliding, but this easily leads to stall, resulting in limited range.
Experimental Cognition: The takeoff of an airplane relies on the Bernoulli principle. The wings are designed with an arc at the top and a flat or concave shape at the bottom. As the wing moves forward, the air velocity is higher at the top than at the bottom. According to the Bernoulli fluid dynamics principle, the air below exerts pressure on the air above, which is the lift generated by the wings, allowing the airplane to rise and fly in the air.
The hand-thrown aircraft still relies on the basic principles of an aircraft; it simply uses the force applied by throwing it forward with hands to generate thrust.
Knowledge Expansion: According to the law of conservation of energy, energy neither disappears nor appears out of thin air; it can only be transformed from one form to another. In air with low flow velocity, the energy involved in the transformation is only pressure energy and kinetic energy. A certain mass of air has a specific pressure that can drive objects to do work; the greater the pressure, the greater the pressure energy. Moving air possesses kinetic energy, and the higher the flow speed, the greater the kinetic energy.
Knowledge Extension: The flow rate of air is solely due to the action of the propeller attached to the engine on the air. Of course, analyzing from this perspective, the energy is also balanced.
