Holes/damages/thread breaks: If the damage or holes are within 5%, no additional charge will be applied; if it exceeds 5%, the extra amount will be charged. No compensation is provided for damage or holes below 5%. Only compensation will be given for issues beyond 5%, such as thread breaks, unraveling, missing threads, or loose joints exceeding 50%. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
Sticking/Feathering/Runaway Fleece: Socks may stick; the degree of sticking depends on the level of wear. Socks that cost just a few cents cannot be ordered if there is excessive sticking. Feathering or runaway fleece are not allowed.
