We have only added a 10% margin, and some even fall short of this.
Before you receive the goods: please ensure that the outer packaging is intact, and make sure there are no signs of damage or any anomalies before accepting the goods. If the outer box packaging is damaged, please count and check the goods in time before the courier leaves. If there are any quality problems or the quantity is incorrect, please contact us in front of the courier. If you receive damaged goods, please inform the online customer service on the same day, take a picture of the damaged products, and send it to us. Our colleagues will register or handle the corresponding processing for you.

Plan One:If you receive a damaged or defective watch within 3 days of receiving the goods, please contact our customer service. For products with quality problems below 500 yuan, the return shipping fee will be shared by both parties. Please notify us before returning the product, and please package it for us. The buyer should pay the return shipping fee first, and after we confirm the product's condition, we will reimburse ten yuan to your Alipay account.

Plan TwoIf you receive a damaged or defective watch, with a quantity of one or two, please accumulate them first. Upon receiving the goods, please inform the online customer service and send us pictures of the damaged products or describe the quality problem to us. Our colleagues will register it for you. If the accumulated damage reaches about 200 yuan, please send them back in one batch. When you send back the watch, please notify us first. Please package the products well and prepay the shipping fee. After we receive and confirm the product is undamaged, we will reimburse you 10 yuan shipping fee to your Alipay account.

Plan ThreeDamage caused by human error can only be repaired. The freight charges are borne by the customer. Problems with the movement are free to help repair, and problems requiring replacement parts, different parts will be charged accordingly. If you find it difficult to accept or if you only want to order once, please choose carefully, because when you choose a supplier, we are also choosing our customers, and we only want to choose customers who will work together for a long time.

Plan FourFor customers who use our shipping service, we will cover the return shipping fee of 10 yuan if the shipment is sent incorrectly. All other after-sales risks are the responsibility of the customer who uses our shipping service. We support a 7-day return policy with no questions asked. If the product is returned in a brand-new condition, the full amount will be refunded. If the product is returned but cannot be resold due to damage or use, the customer will be charged a depreciation fee based on the affected parts. The shipping costs for sending the product and for returning it are the responsibility of the customer who uses our shipping service.
