Shopping Terms and Conditions:
1. Color difference in images:
All the products in our store are photographed with actual items, and the colors are professionally checked to be as close as possible to the actual items. However, due to differences in personal color perception and color display on different monitors, there may be some color differences between the actual products and the displayed images. The colors of the actual items are the final standard.
2. Shipping time:
In general, orders placed and paid before 4 PM on the same day will be shipped that day, while orders paid after 4 PM will be shipped the next day. In the event of special circumstances, the shipping time will be postponed accordingly!
3. Express delivery service:
Our store defaults to sending with Yunda Express. If your location is not covered or you prefer another courier, please contact our customer service to note the additional cost, and we appreciate your understanding! For large quantities, we can also send by logistics!
4. Signing for the problem:
Please open the box and inspect the goods before signing for them. Ensure that there are no quantity deficiencies, missing accessories, or any quality issues with the merchandise.
If the courier company requires you to sign first and then inspect the goods, please carefully check the appearance of the parcel for any damage. If the appearance is intact, sign first, do not give the courier the receipt, keep it yourself, and then inspect the goods in front of the courier. Only after confirming that the goods are not damaged should you give the receipt back to the courier.
Any problems that arise after the receipt will be the responsibility of the buyers themselves. The courier company and our store are not responsible. Please take this issue seriously to protect your rights.
