Customized advertising products, the custom content must be confirmed by the buyer to be correct, and we will begin printing. If there are misspellings or other issues after receipt, it is the buyer's mistake and the responsibility lies with the buyer.

【About Printing】: We use screen printing with ink, and the advertising fonts are clear and not easy to fade. However, due to the small surface area of the lighter, if the LOGO provided by the buyer is too complex with too many fonts, although we will try our best, the printing may not achieve the ideal effect you are looking for. We hope you can understand!

【Lighter Prices】: Our factory has a strong competitive edge in price for all lighter products, provided they are made of the same material and quality. Please do not compare our products with low-quality, cheap lighters on the market.

【Shipping Instructions】: Due to the fact that lighters are gas-based hazardous goods, they are generally not shipped by courier but only by logistics. If you need a small sample or if you are planning to purchase a small quantity for personal use, you can have it shipped by courier. Shipping costs will be charged based on the actual distance traveled, and we kindly ask all buyers to rest assured! Due to the need for transit in logistics, we generally only charge for the domestic shipping fee, and the remaining shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer. Logistics does not deliver the goods directly to your door; you need to pick up the goods at the logistics department or request the logistics department to deliver them to your door, and the associated costs will be borne by the buyer.
