About the products: All custom-made items from our company do not accept any form of refunds. If you are concerned, please think carefully before making a purchase! All our custom-made items can be modified based on the images and requirements you provided previously. If you are not satisfied, you can suggest modifications, but we do not accept new requests (e.g., changing shapes, sizes, materials, and so on).

Regarding time: The sample making and production time for the custom-made items are subject to the final determination by the client and the product manager (excluding time for modifications and legal holidays). The time starts to be calculated from the next day after the order is placed.

Regarding color differences: Due to the differences in display effects among various monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color of the product will be exactly the same as the color provided in the images. Our designers will select the most similar materials and colors based on the images provided. (If there are special requirements, you can provide the material name and PANTONE color number to improve the similarity.)

Regarding similarity: All custom products cannot be guaranteed to be identical. To ensure precision, please provide as many clear multi-angle images and detail pictures as possible, or send us samples. We adhere to the artisanal skills of artistry and strive to achieve the greatest degree of realization of the customer's product image.
