3About the technology and materials, all our products are made with eco-friendly natural rubber combined with high-quality fabric using the color hot transfer printing technology. We firmly adhere to not producing any products with mixed or recycled rubber. The base material is made from high-density eco-friendly natural rubber, which is not easily torn and does not fray. It can also withstand high temperatures, violence, and can be washed. Single-color printing refers to using screen printing, where the ink penetrates directly into the fabric. All single-color printing layouts are designed for free. For color printing, we use hot transfer technology. We first create hot transfer paper, and then use high temperatures to transfer the patterns on the paper to the blank high-quality fabric mouse pads.
4For proofing, we offer free proofing for more than 5,000 pieces, but we will charge a proofing fee. Once the proofing is confirmed, it can be used to offset the payment. For proofing below 5,000 pieces, the proofing fee is non-refundable.
The standard product size of mouse pads is measured in millimeters: for 2mm thick pads, the size is between 1.9 and 2.1, and for 3mm thick pads, the size is between 2.9 and 3.1. The specific thickness compliance is based on the national standard.
5The color difference between product images and the actual items is inevitable, especially for color printing. It's better to design with brighter colors than with lighter or darker tones, as the printed effect will be better.
6All proofs will be confirmed by the client. If there are any issues such as missing words, extra words, typos, or unsatisfactory layout after confirmation, the client is responsible for them.
7About the smell of rubber products, if they don't have any smell, they wouldn't be considered rubber. All mouse pads in our store are odorless and non-toxic, but there is always a slight smell of rubber. The smell is stronger when they are newly made, but it will fade over time.
8Most of the fabrics are ordinary high-quality fabrics, but there are also high-end mouse pads with jacquard and complex patterns. The high-quality fabrics come in coarse surfaces (control versions) and fine surfaces (speed versions), and by default, they are sent in fine surfaces.
For our mouse pads with OEM packaging, our quotation includes standard OPP plastic bags. The packaging is in a cardboard box with additional packing in a snake skin bag. The packaging boxes need to be pre-ordered.
