About shipping

1. Shipping time: normal shipping within 2 days, during holidays, shipping is based on the order sequence and actual shipping time.

2. By default, small parcels (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui) are sent by Best Express and large parcels are sent by YTO Express. Alternatively, you can also choose to send by SF Express. We do not send by other courier services. If you order a large quantity, you can send by logistics freight forwarding, with the freight to be paid upon arrival. You will need to pick up the goods yourself.

3. Regarding the courier prices, the courier companies charge based on e-commerce prices. Since some products are quite light, the couriers calculate the price based on volume, which makes the prices relatively expensive.

4. Delivery time: normally, most areas in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui will arrive the next day, while other regions will take 2 to 4 days, and remote areas will take more than 7 days. After-sales issues

1. Transportation damage is unavoidable during the transportation process. If you encounter any damage upon receipt, please take photos and contact customer service in the first time to handle it.

4. Express delivery issues, in general, if an order contains multiple express packages, they may not arrive at the same time. This is a normal situation. When the express is loaded, if one truck is full, the remaining packages will be loaded onto another truck. It is normal for multiple packages to be divided and sent in different trucks, with a general difference of 1 to 2 days.

5. Logistics consignment, regarding sending goods by logistics, most logistics companies cannot provide real-time tracking of the shipment information. Generally, once the goods arrive, the logistics company will contact the consignee in time to arrange for the pick-up.
