Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Could you tell me how the shipping cost is calculated in your store?

Answer: Due to the special nature of the products sold by this store, orders are usually large in quantity, and each item has a different weight. Therefore, it must be calculated based on the actual weight purchased and the regional shipping rates. We recommend that you use the shopping cart to “submit an order” or send us a screenshot of the shopping cart, so we can calculate the accurate weight and corresponding shipping costs (the default values may not be accurate).

2. I am from “Gansu” (for example). I know that the number of hangers is large, making them heavy, and shipping them via courier is not cost-effective. Could you please ship them through logistics services?

Answer: Yes, it is possible. We recommend shipping items weighing over 15 kilograms (usually around 150 hooks for adults), and you can pick them up in person. The logistics service can deliver to city or county-level cities. The shipping cost is much lower than courier services; please consult customer service for the specific pricing details.

3. What are the shipping methods available at your store?

Answer: There are regular couriers (Yousu Express) and Yuantong Express. For remote areas and regions where regular couriers cannot reach, the rates are affordable, and delivery is available across all domestic areas.,Regular freight shipping (shipped in the freight market, pick up by oneself, recommended for wholesale customers), Ka Hang Logistics (Jiaji, Tiandi Huayu, Debang Logistics, etc. Generally, the pick-up points are close, there are many unloading locations, service is good, and prices are slightly higher than regular logistics providers.)If the customer wishes to use another shipping method, they can specify and pick up the goods themselves.

4For the hangers purchased at your store, what if you want to return them and no longer need them?

Answer: Based on the product characteristics, please inspect the items before receipt. If it is not a quality issue or the wrong item was shipped, we will not accept returns.
