2. About Returns and Exchanges
Non-quality issues (e.g., size not suitable, personal dislikes, dissatisfaction with quality, minor color differences, etc.) return and exchange policies are the responsibility of the buyer to cover all round-trip shipping costs – for an exchange, the buyer needs to pay the shipping fee, and for a return and refund, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
