If you need to send samples, please contact customer service. After signing for the delivery, if you discover any damage to the product during transportation, quality issues, or product defects, please "accumulate for exchange", as we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for a few individual products that may have issues.
First time wholesale, please accumulate to the next exchange (within one year). If it exceeds one year, we do not support exchanges. For multiple wholesale orders, there is no limit to the number of returns. You will bear the shipping costs. If the watch is damaged by people, used, or the strap has been cut, we will only provide repair services, and you will bear the costs of shipping and replacement parts. For some problems that can be solved by yourself, such as changing the battery, changing the strap, the clasp being too tight, the decoration such as crystals falling off, the hands falling off, or the surface being dusty, you can ask us for assistance. If I cannot solve it myself, I can also send it back for exchange, and you will bear the shipping costs. If the buyer requests a full refund of the goods for reasons such as "damaged, poor quality, or flaws" and cannot provide objective pictures to prove it, then the shipping costs will be entirely borne by the buyer, and the buyer will also bear the labor costs for the exchange (charged at 15% of the order total). Please understand that the wholesale profit is thin, and please do not use the after-sales handling method of shopping on Taobao to require us. If you wholesale 100 watches, we may only earn you 10 yuan, while a watch you buy on Taobao may earn more than 10 yuan. Objectively speaking, no matter which merchant you wholesale from, it is inevitable that quality and flaw problems may occur due to the large volume of shipments.

Warehousing Rules:
By default, colors cannot be selected. The seller will ship a random mix of colors for the same product. If you need to specify a color, please indicate it in the buyer's comments. If there is a shortage of some products, and if you agree to the replacement method mentioned by the shipping colleague, you can confirm it directly by phone. After your consent, we will directly replace the shipment. (Note: if the out-of-stock products in the order are only one or two watches, and the amount is within 5% of the total order amount, we will not notify you separately, and we will directly add it to the other styles you have ordered in your order.) Shipping time:
