Our products offer high value for money. They undergo multiple checks during production, packaging, and before shipment, and only those that are fully qualified are sent out. However, there are a few picky buyers who, after receiving the goods, feel that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, not of high-quality materials, and does not match their expectations, and these are not considered quality issues. Most of our products come in different price ranges, from a few cents to a few yuan, or even dozens of yuan, so please do not compare low-priced products with high-priced quality. There is no such thing as perfection in everything, and too picky buyers are kindly asked to take a detour. In addition, we are in the business of bulk wholesale rather than individual retail, so we only guarantee a 97% pass rate, with the remaining 3% falling within the exemption range.

All our images are taken from actual products. Differences may occur due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, which may result in slight differences between the images and the actual items. Computers and monitors vary greatly, leading to color differences in the presentation of the products. Buyers who cannot tolerate color differences should not place orders! Customized products require consultation and confirmation with customer service!

Subjective reasons such as the customer's personal preference, expectations, the size of the product being too large or too small, the difficulty in selling the product, the thickness and softness of the material, or the product not fitting the customer's personal preferences and expectations, or differences from the customer's expectations due to the subjective imagination, are not considered as quality issues by us.

After receiving the goods, if there are any quality or quantity issues, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or videos! If the problem is indeed due to quality, we can exchange it, but we do not support returns. If there are no feedback from us within 48 hours after signing, we will assume that there are no quality or quantity issues. We will not be responsible for any problems after the deadline.

Shipping Notice

If it's a courier company, they usually deliver to your door. However, for remote areas, the buyer needs to pick up the goods themselves. If it's a logistics company, it's basically necessary for the buyer to go to the logistics company's branch to pick up the goods and pay for the transportation costs. Please note: when we ship, we always remind the courier and logistics companies to handle with care and be cautious with fragile items. Therefore, please ensure that when you receive the goods, you check the outer packaging. If there are serious damage or cracks or if the packaging has been opened, please ask the logistics company or courier company for compensation on the spot. If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us in the first instance. However, if you report the problem after signing, we will not accept it. Return and Exchange Policy

Therefore, any damage or loss of goods is not something we wish to see. Although we do our best to pack your goods carefully, in the process of transportation, especially long-distance transportation with multiple transfers, sometimes some damage is unavoidable. For such situations, our company will not assume the responsibility for compensation and exchange or return of goods, as we are completely unable to control the courier and logistics companies.

At the moment, we only offer free replacement for any functional deficiencies caused by quality issues of the goods. The shipping costs for sending the replacement are on us. However, the return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
