Customers who take photos of their own weight within 5 kilograms will have their orders shipped by default using STO Express (please confirm whether the express delivery service is available after placing your order, if not, please contact our customer service, otherwise the default shipping method will be regular mail). For orders weighing over 5 kilograms due to the larger volume and weight of the goods, the express delivery fee is relatively high, and it is recommended to choose a regular logistics service. After placing your order, please consult our customer service for the logistics fee and modify the shipping cost. Regular logistics shipping can be paid on delivery.

Large-volume wholesale process

1. The company prepares a formal contract and signs it with the client.

2. Upon receiving the customer's 30% advance payment, the contract will take effect and the mass production of the goods will begin.

3. Once the bulk production is completed and the client has accepted the goods, the remaining 70% of the payment will be cleared.

4. Deliver the goods according to the specified transportation method specified by the customer.
