1. What information is needed for processing?

If you have the physical product, it would be best to provide us with the actual item so that we can better meet your requirements for the product. If you do not have the physical product, you can also provide us with your design sketches or images, and inform us of your design concept for the product, highlighting the highlights of your design, and informing us of your requirements for the dimensions. After we confirm this with you, we can arrange to start the prototype production.

How are the fees charged?

After communicating with you to confirm your requirements, you need to pay us the initial version fee first. The initial version fee ranges from 200 yuan to 500 yuan, which is determined according to the complexity of your product. After paying the initial version fee, we will arrange to draw 3D diagrams based on your requirements. We will confirm the 3D diagrams for you after they are drawn. Only after reaching your requirements will we start to arrange the initial version to make samples.

How are samples and bulk orders arranged? How long does it take?

The cycle of samples is usually about 7 days. If your product requires some non-standard accessories (such as special gems, unique production processes, etc.), it will take longer. We will confirm the specific time with you before arranging the sample production. After you receive the sample and confirm the process, you need to pre-pay 30% of the total payment as a deposit. We will start to arrange the production after receiving the deposit. The production cycle of the bulk goods will be confirmed with you before you pay the deposit.

Will my own designed style be leaked?

We will not provide the styles provided by each customer to the public, we only process and produce the product styles you provide.

We do not accept large items such as bracelets, lockets, or ornaments at the moment. Currently, our factory only produces and processes 925 sterling silver and 999 fine silver products.

We mainly provide contract manufacturing for our clients. You can provide us with images or physical samples, and we will produce the products based on your requirements. We will first create a prototype according to your specifications, and once you confirm the process, we will begin mass production. Generally, we can ship the products within ten to one month after confirming the prototype. The specific shipping time will depend on our factory's production schedule, the quantity of your products, and whether they are special or non-standard items. We will inform you of the specific shipping time when we communicate with you.
