If no photos are provided or contact is made after the deadline, the customer will bear the loss, and the shipping cost for the quality issue will be borne by our factory.
2. Non-quality issues (dimensions, colors, or personal preferences):
Under normal circumstances, if the product is not used and does not affect our factory's secondary sales, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days after receiving it by contacting our customer service. Please note that if you need to exchange the product, you need to specify the model, size, and color you want to exchange. Send the product back to our factory, and provide the courier tracking number to our customer service. Once our factory receives the product and confirms that it is intact, we will process the return or exchange for you. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
3. Shortage or incorrect shipment:
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, providing the tracking number, the shipping list, photos of the goods, and the actual weight you received. If you do not provide the information or contact us after the deadline, the loss will be borne by the customer. After confirming the discrepancy in the shipment, we will send you a replacement. The factory is responsible for the round-trip freight.
