We are a small processing plant and can help customers create prototypes and custom-make products. Prototype time is 2-4 days. We can issue ordinary tax invoices but cannot provide VAT tax invoices for refund. We welcome both new and existing customers.

All bag sizes are measured by hand, with an error within 0.5cm.

3. About the product color

The colors listed on the product detail page are usually in stock, but there may be instances where they are sold out. If you need more than 1000 units of a particular color, please consult the customer service first.

Customer service is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Our customer service team will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible. If customer service is not available, you can leave a message first, and our customer service will respond as soon as possible the next day.

5. About After-sales Service

If there are any quality issues, please take photos to show us the problem, and we will bear the return shipping costs.
For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees. Non-quality issues include minor color differences, thread heads, etc.

6. About Shipping

Payment must be made before 4 PM for same-day shipping, after 4 PM for next-day shipping. For urgent needs, please consult customer service. We are closed on Sundays.

7. About Stock Out

When our products are out of stock, if we are online, we will leave a message on Alibaba. If we are not online, we will note the out-of-stock products and the refund amount on the shipping document. Kindly contact the customer service for a refund after receiving the goods.
