Customized to Order

• Customers are required to provide clear images in JPG, JPEG, BMP, or PDF formats.
• Please provide the product dimensions required for production, including length, width, and height, usually measured in centimeters (cm).
• If you need to add a LOGO, the client needs to provide the content and size of the LOGO.
• If there are any special requirements for the product, the customer should indicate them in advance.
• We will conduct an audit by combining the customer's design drawings and requirements with actual production. If some parts cannot be produced normally due to the customer's design drawings, we will make adjustments during the production process.
• We informed the client about the changes and suggested how to make them, after obtaining the client's consent, we arranged for the production.
• Carve the model based on the final design drawings and dimensions.
• After the model is carved, we will take photos to confirm with the guests.
• After the guests confirm that it is OK, we will proceed with the production of the mold and the sample.
• After the sample is completed, we will take photos again and send them to the customer to confirm the color.
• After the guest confirms that it is OK, we will then send the sample to the specified location designated by the guest.

Customized to Sample

• Customers are required to send the samples that need custom processing to our company. If there are any parts that need to be changed, please inform us.
• Once we receive the samples, we will start making the molds and samples.
• Take pictures of the finished samples and send them to the client for confirmation.
• When the client confirms that it is OK, we will then send the samples to the specified location.
