How much is the minimum order quantity, and can I mix and match different products? How many varieties do you have?
We currently have hundreds of products, which can be mixed batching, and there is no limit to the quantity of individual items. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Customer: How much is the freight cost to order from your company?
Wong Shang: For shipments to the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui regions, each box of express shipping fee is only 10 yuan. Shipping fees for different cities are different; please consult the seller for specific information. For shipments under 10 kilograms, express shipping is available; for shipments over 10 kilograms or if you are taking a full box, you can choose to ship by consignment, which is generally more cost-effective.
Customer: Do you have stock available? Do you have a warehouse?
We have sufficient stock: all the items on the shelves are available for immediate purchase. Our company has a 2000-square-meter warehouse.
Customer: I am in a certain place. How long will it take to ship the goods after payment? How long will it take to receive the goods after payment? What express delivery will be used?
Wong Shang: Orders placed before 17:00 every day can be shipped the same day. Default shipping method is either ZTO or Huitong Express. Generally, delivery to the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area takes 1-2 days, while delivery to other provinces takes 3-5 days. The exact delivery time depends on the express delivery schedule.
