Section Two: About Receiving Goods

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

If the amount is small or the damage is not significant, we will bear the cost. If the amount is large or significant, the network transaction rules will apply, with the receipt as the standard. If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods, and you need to bear the return freight cost yourself. For long-term wholesale customers, you can accumulate a certain number and return through logistics consignment. We will bear the direct logistics cost to Yiwu. The profit from wholesale volume is too low, and we will share the business risks together. Please understand.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier logistics company, which is beyond our control.
