★关于零售与补发

1. Orders under 300 yuan are considered retail and can be shipped. Once sold, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there are any transportation issues, they can be resolved through consultation. Please count and confirm the goods in front of the transportation company personnel before signing for them.
2. If the quality problem causes a functional shortage, and if replacement parts are needed, they will not be arranged separately. They will be sent together with the next order or the customer will bear the shipping costs themselves.

About Shipping

1. After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods are generally arranged for shipment within 2 days. Orders placed after 17:00 daily or those paid for after that time are considered to be shipped the next day.
2. If there are any special reasons that prevent us from shipping on time, we will contact the buyer in time to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.

★ About Logistics

1. Express delivery: Default shipping method is YTO, Best, and Deutsche Post, but if you need to specify any of these three express companies, please contact our customer service. If no communication is made, the default shipping method will be used.
2. Logistics: Freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can help you choose a more suitable one. (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)

★ About Returns and Exchanges
1. All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. For returns within 7 days, there is an 80% discount, and for returns after 7 days, there is a 70% discount.

About Receiving Goods

1. If there are any stock shortages, please leave us a message within 24 hours after signing for the package. We will do our best to help you verify the situation as soon as possible.
2. If the goods are damaged in packaging, missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.

★ About After-sales Service
Please contact our after-sales service within 10 days after receiving the goods (time of receipt signature) to report any product issues. If there is no feedback on any after-sales issues beyond this period, we will not accept any responsibility. For quality issues, please accumulate the products and return them using ordinary logistics. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
