Question: How can I do my own design?
Answer: You provide product information based on the desired product effect, sending us the document in formats such as AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, IGS, or as flat or 3D design drafts. Then, our professional 3D design team will design the corresponding product structure and appearance based on the information you provide. You can also provide product photos or physical samples, and our professional design engineers will copy the design to achieve a basic consistency in appearance and quality effect.
Question: How much is the mold fee?
Answer: The mold fee is quoted based on the size of the product and the complexity of the structure. The typical mold fee ranges from 200 yuan for simple molds to 1200 yuan for complex ones, offering high value for money with factory-price service.
Question: How many days does it take to make a sample?
Answer: After the design rendering of the product is confirmed, the sample can be sent within 2-5 days, with exquisite quality and efficient service.
Question: How many days does it take to produce a large order?
Answer: After the sample is confirmed, it takes about 3-9 days for 500 units, about 7-12 days for 1000 units, about 9-15 days for 2000 units, and about 12-19 days for 5000 units. The specific time depends on the production plan of the workshop. In special cases, urgent arrangements can be made to solve the urgent needs of customers.
Question: Are there any test reports for the product?
Answer: All products of our factory can be tested according to relevant standards of the EU and the United States. The main functional components can provide CE, FCC, ROHS and other test reports.
Question: How is the after-sales service guarantee at your factory?
1. The warranty period for our products is generally 1-3 years, depending on the specific terms of the contract.
2. For products under warranty, the corresponding performance after repair should approach the standard of new products (excluding normal aging).
3. After the warranty period, our factory can also repair the product, but if replacement parts are needed, the customer will bear the related costs.
4. Products not manufactured by our factory can also be repaired, and the costs will be borne by the customer (limited to cooperative customers).
5. The factory will complete the repair and return the product within 3-7 working days upon receiving the returned products (for parts without inventory, the time will be based on the part lead time);
6. If the product cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will ensure the product within the warranty period by replacing it with a new one.
