How many pieces are required for a batch, and do you support mixed batches? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the freight calculated?

All products can be ordered in minimum quantities as shown on the website; support mixed batch, with a minimum mixed batch amount of 500 yuan or 100 pieces; support three types of transactions: Alipay/WeChat, bank direct payment.

We clearly state the weight of each product on our website. When you place an order, the system automatically calculates the weight, and the shipping fee is automatically generated based on the weight. The shipping fee generated is for express delivery. If you need to send the goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee. The logistics shipping fee is collect on delivery.

Are the goods available for the listed products? What should I do if there are no goods?

All our products are sold on a stock basis, and the items displayed on the page are all in stock. Please rest assured to purchase. Due to the large variety of goods and daily sales volume, there may be cases of stock shortages caused by the failure to remove products in a timely manner. Please understand, and we will contact you by phone or Alipay to resolve the issue.

I don't have Alipay, is there any other way to complete the transaction?

We recommend using Alipay for the safety of both the payment and the goods. It is also convenient for future shopping. If you really cannot do so, you can accept bank transfers. Before sending money, please contact our customer service to facilitate us in receiving the payment and arranging the shipment of the goods you want as soon as possible. After making the payment, please provide us with your Alibaba account, the bank where you made the payment, and the amount through Alibaba Messenger or your mobile phone. We will check the receipt of the payment and verify the goods before arranging the shipment.

What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?

If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can send us images through our Alipay. We will give you a satisfactory solution. If there are shortages, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund if the shortage is noted on the list.

Placing an order will be considered as agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

(1) The amount must be at least 500 yuan or 100 pieces to qualify for mixed batching; individual products should be ordered in the minimum batch quantity as specified on the website.

(2) When mixing batches, there may be missing shipments. If you find that the quantity of goods received is less than the ordered quantity, please contact us immediately. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the limit is exceeded, we will not process it. After confirmation, we will make up for the missing shipments in the first time.

(3) If there are no quality problems with the products received, they cannot be returned. We will bear the return freight costs for products with quality issues. For all exchange orders, you are responsible for the freight costs.

(5) Regarding express delivery, if there is no special note, all orders will be sent using our default shipping partner. If you have a specific shipping request, please contact our customer service for a price adjustment.
