II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation, damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage, damage, or quality issue, do not sign for or take the goods yet. Contact us at the courier or freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;

If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, if more than 7 days have passed after confirming receipt and the returned item suffers damage due to shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. 2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so there is a possibility that the outer box may remain intact but the contents may be damaged. Please verify the goods before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party courier service, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
