1. By default, express delivery services such as YTO, ZTO, and HUTONG are used. For orders participating in official promotions, if the quantity is large, delivery by express may not be provided; instead, logistics services may be used, and you will need to collect the goods directly from the logistics company. 2. Since there may be individual defective items or losses during the production and transportation of toys, minor damages or missing items with small amounts are considered our responsibility. If there are more such issues or the amount is significant, it will be determined according to online transaction regulations based on the receipt date. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item, but the return shipping costs must be borne by you. The wholesale profit is too low; please understand this.

1. Regarding shipping:
1. For orders paid before 3 PM, we will try to ship them on the same day. Generally, shipping takes no more than 48 hours. If there is any delay in shipment, please contact customer service for confirmation. We apologize for any inconvenience and understand that this is not a 100% guaranteed delivery time. Thank you very much!
2. Courier services cooperated by this company: YTO Express, Zhongtong Express, Huitong Express. If you require other couriers such as SF Express, additional shipping fees will apply; please contact customer service for details. For large quantities of goods, logistics shipping is also available. Please note that for logistics shipping, you will need to collect the goods from the logistics company yourself; please contact our customer service for specific details.
II. Regarding Delivery
Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation, damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage, damage, or quality issue, do not sign for or take the goods yet. Contact us at the courier or freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;
If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, if more than 7 days have passed after confirming receipt and the returned item suffers significant damage due to shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. If more than 1 month has passed, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. For products with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.)
2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:
If it is defective or damaged goods from scattered buyers with a small amount of loss, those items are our responsibility. For cases where the damage is more extensive or the amount is significant, we follow online trading regulations based on the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied, you can return the items, but the return shipping costs must be borne by you. For long-term wholesale customers, if a certain quantity is accumulated, you can return it to us via logistics shipping, and we will cover the direct shipping cost to Yiwu. The profit margin for wholesale sales is too low, so the business risks should be shared among all parties. Please understand this.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party courier service, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
IV. Regarding Quality
We are experienced manufacturers with over ten years of production experience. Our control over product quality is better than that of most competitors. However, minor defects may occur in various stages such as production, packaging, and transportation, including slight edges, slightly larger seams, or uneven surface printing or small stains. Additionally, color variations may occur due to product batches or photography methods, and different packaging batches may result in packaging not matching the image shown. These are all normal situations. Please be cautious when taking photos if you are concerned.
