Confidence after-sales - 3 days free return without any reason

1. Within three days of arrival, we accept returns and exchanges without reason if the product is brand new, the barcode packaging is complete, and there is no impact on secondary sales. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

2. If there are any quality issues with the goods, Feite will be responsible for returning the postage of 5 yuan. If you discover any quality problems, you must submit photos of the quality issues within 3 days of arrival (any late submissions will not be accepted). Please provide us with your order number, and the photos should be named with the product number. We will conduct an audit within one working day. After confirmation, we will accept returns and exchanges. We will return the 5 yuan postage for the ordinary parcel (deposited into your prepaid account upon receiving the returned goods). If you return by courier, we will only be responsible for 5 yuan, and we do not accept courier payment on delivery. After the return arrives and is confirmed, the replacement goods will be sent out at the same time as the next order, or the money will be returned to your prepaid account.

3. For goods that fail the quality review, they will be treated as returns without any reason and processed accordingly. The customer is responsible for all postage costs for the returned parcel. Only if the parcel contains only confirmed quality issues will we cover the return postage of 5 yuan. For example, if you return 3 items, A and B are confirmed quality issues, but C is a return without any reason or unconfirmed quality issues, then the customer still needs to bear the return postage.

4. Batch-customized products can only be exchanged or returned when quality issues arise; we do not accept returns or exchanges without reason.
