1. About size
All our slippers are slightly smaller by one to two sizes by default. We recommend that customers from the north take a size larger by two. For customers who are in bulk, it's best to choose mixed colors and sizes. Some customers also prefer to select their sizes when buying in bulk, and I will try my best to meet everyone's requirements. Sometimes, due to the limitations of some styles, it may not be possible to select sizes. We kindly ask for your understanding. If you must strictly follow your size requirements, please consult our customer service.
2. About Smell
All shoes have a smell when they are first produced. Placing them in an open space to air out and dry for a while will remove the smell. A smell in the shoes does not constitute a quality issue and is not a reason for a return or exchange!

3. About Shipping
After placing an order and making payment, the goods will be arranged for shipment within three days. The shipping time is from 5 PM to 7 PM. In case of special circumstances (such as high volume of shipments on the same day, insufficient supplies from the manufacturer, etc.), the store will contact you through Alipay. All goods are shipped mixed colors and mixed sizes. If you have any other requirements, please contact the customer service. If you have not received the goods after more than 7 days of logistics, please contact us immediately. Thank you!
4. About Color Difference
Due to the differences in lighting, monitor color values, and individual understanding of colors, there may be a degree of color difference between the actual goods and the photos. This is unavoidable, and the final color of the goods should be determined by the actual goods.
5. About freight charges
All the goods in our store are sold at the factory price, and the logistics cost is paid upon receipt (please contact our customer service to deduct the shipping cost before making the payment, and pay the logistics company when you pick up the goods).

6. Regarding the return or exchange of goods halfway through the process
Any return or exchange fees incurred due to any reason are the responsibility of the customer.
