II. Regarding Delivery

If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

2. Please ensure to inspect the boxes in front of the logistics or delivery personnel when receiving the goods. The cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer packaging may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. A 5% damage rate is within normal limits. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
