II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

If the buyer needs to return the item due to personal reasons, since the return process involves shipping, there will be significant damage and loss, and all refunds will be at 20% discount. After one month, we no longer offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
