Please (or the other person who receives the goods) must inspect the quantity and integrity of the packaging with the courier before signing (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the packaging is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Question 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity. Solution: You can just remember the courier's phone number and name.

Return Policy: We do not offer a 7-day no-reason return policy. Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
