How to use the tester:

Adopt an 8-wire pair automatic scanning method to quickly test the twisted pair and coaxial cables. Just push the power switch to test. There are two test speeds, fast and slow, suitable for different people. The structure is novel, and the holding end and the remote end can be separated and closed. It is equipped with a PVC panel and hidden light tubes, which will not be damaged even if someone steps on it accidentally, especially suitable for on-site testing.

1. Function:

1. Test each pair of twisted pair 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and G line by pair, and distinguish and determine which pair has a wrong wire, short circuit, or open circuit.
2. Switch ON for normal test speed, 'S' for slow test speed, M for manual gear.

2. Twisted Pair Testing: Turn on the power, insert the network cable connector into the main tester and the remote tester, and the host indicator lights up sequentially from 1 to G, as shown in the diagram below:

Master Tester: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-G
Remote Tester: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-G (RJ45)

If the wiring is abnormal, the display will show as follows:
1. When a network cable, such as line 3, is broken, the main tester and the remote testing end's 3rd light will not light up.
2. If there are any lines that are not connected, none of the lines will light up. If there are fewer than two lines connected, neither light will illuminate.
3. When the two network cables are out of order, for example, the 2nd and 4th wires are out of order, the display will be as follows:

Main tester remains the same: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-G
Remote testing end is: 1-4-3-2-5-6-7-8-G

4. When there are two short circuits in the network cable, the main tester will not light up, and the remote testing end will show that both lights for the two shorted wires are slightly lit. If there are more than three (including three) wires
When a short circuit occurs, all the lights with the corresponding line numbers will not light up.

3. Coaxial Cable Testing: If the cable is good, both ends of the BNC light will flash green simultaneously.
