1. The bag is made of soft material. During shipping, due to the pressure from heavy objects and the specific properties of the items, it needs to be rolled up for packaging. If wrinkles occur, they do not affect the heat-shrinkable packaging (as shown in the video).

2. The bags are not produced for precision instruments; a deviation of ±0.2 cm in length and width is also a normal phenomenon. If the correct dimensions are selected, it does not affect packaging!

3. Since the bags are produced in bulk by machines, occasionally defective items may occur. If you receive one, please inform our customer service immediately. We will provide you with a satisfactory response—it is not intended to be sent to you. Please understand!

4. Due to the high production speed of the machine, the bag making workers may work at different speeds when packing the bags. Although we indicate the quantity as 100 per item, there may be an error of ±1–2 items in some cases. If the quantity is less than 100, it is not due to any cutting corners. You can inform our customer service, and we will send a replacement, pay the difference, or include it in the next order.
