<t_509 transparent adhesive is characterized by its crystal-like appearance, rapid curing time, and strong adhesion.Features resistance to water, oil, boiling water, exposure to sunlight, acid and alkali, and corrosion prevention. It can also withstand low temperatures down to -60 degrees Celsius, high temperatures between 90–130 degrees Celsius, and rapid movement at temperatures of 180–220 degrees Celsius.Additionally, various colored powders can be mixed within the adhesive. It can serve as a sealed electrical insulation layer and can be sprayed onto wooden floors, billboards, display surfaces, furniture, and concrete floors for lighting purposes.

Adhesive for glass, ceramics, marble, granite, tiles, plywood, plastics, various metals, rubber, bamboo and wood, handicrafts, bone plates, cement products, and fabrics. It can also be used to repair cars, machinery, water tanks, fuel tanks, leaks in chemical pipelines, valves, water pipes, faucets, and air-raid shelters. It provides good sealing performance and can also be used for electrical encapsulation.

Instructions for use:
(1) The ratio of tube A to tube B is 2:1, with 2 parts of tube A and 1 part of tube B. It can be mixed evenly in the pan. The two glues should be adjusted as needed, and thorough mixing ensures optimal consistency. The mixed glue solution must be used up within half an hour.
(2) The surface of the material to be adhered should be cleaned thoroughly and dried. For metals, copper sheets, and steel, it must be scrubbed with acetone before applying glue, and only after drying.
(3) After applying the adhesive, it cures at room temperature within 1–6 hours; it also cures at 40–50 degrees Celsius in 1–2 hours. It can be used 24 hours after application; its adhesion improves after ten days. On cold and humid days, it is better to bond it in a greenhouse at 15–25 degrees Celsius.
(4) After the two items stick together, they must be tightly held or compressed using special fixtures, or they can be bonded freely.
(5) When bonding flat surfaces or upside-down surfaces, after applying the adhesive, it must be covered with self-adhesive tape, or positioned using 502 glue; remove the self-adhesive tape after 24 hours.
(6) For leaks in clay pots, enamel kettles, or copper and tin utensils, apply an aluminum sheet or cloth patch, then seal with glue. After 2 days, heat the pot over charcoal to ensure the glue does not come off.

III. Adhesion Tensile Force: For glass, porcelain, cement, bamboo and wood products, and fabrics or rubber, the bonded material should not be damaged or separated due to tension.
