● About Customization: All products can be customized with corporate logos, and there are various customization methods with different charges. Please contact customer service for details. Due to the numerous custom processes, it generally takes about 7 days for production, so customers who need to customize are advised to book in advance. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, please consider carefully before making a purchase.

● About shipping: Products with stock available upon payment will be shipped the same day. For products without stock, it takes a certain period of time for production and packaging, which is generally about 3 days before they are shipped. Please understand (customized products excepted).

● About Receiving: To ensure your legal rights and interests, please sign for the parcel only after confirming that it is not damaged. If you find any damage, missing, incorrect or short shipments, please contact our Alibaba Messenger customer service. We will verify and handle the issue for you at the first time.

● Regarding invoices: We can provide official machine-printed invoices (subject to tax points), and there is no charge for a receipt;
