(1) All products produced by this factory are manufactured in-house, ensuring high quality without any defective items. The product quality meets the national 1–2 level standards.
(1) One product, one design, order in batches of one box or more. Please place orders in multiples of the box quantity (the box capacity is specified for each product). For the product design, shipping is random by default. If you have specific requirements for the design, please note them in the order or contact customer service.
(2) The products are not for retail sale or one-shop delivery. If customers need to purchase samples, they will be sold at 1.3 times the wholesale price. For shipping costs, please consult the customer service.
(1) Generally, shipping takes about 3–5 days after payment. Ceramic production and packaging require a certain time frame; for urgent orders, please contact customer service.
(2) All goods are shipped via logistics, that is, regular freight transport. They can be delivered directly to provincial capitals and major cities; for other cities and counties, transit is required.
(3) The shipping fee is paid at the destination. Generally, the cost for one box is around 10–50 yuan (depending on the distance to the city). For transit, an additional 8–20 yuan transit fee is required, and delivery fees are calculated separately.
(4) Shipping time: Under normal circumstances, direct delivery takes 3–5 days; if transit is required, it will take 5–8 days. Upon arrival, the customer should collect the goods at the shipping point. The pickup location is usually in the suburbs or at a city logistics center. (Note: The pickup location cannot be guaranteed to be close to you, as logistics services only reach the city or county level, and cannot be precise to individual districts.)
(5) Yuexin Ceramics’ estimates regarding shipping costs and delivery time are for reference only; no guarantees can be made regarding logistics.
(6) Please specify a familiar logistics company and provide the name of the shipment and their contact information (local to Chaozhou). If no logistics provider is specified, we will arrange logistics ourselves. For shipments under 2000 yuan, our factory prefers large logistics companies such as Deppon and Tiandi Huayu, which have numerous branches and facilitate pick-up. However, the shipping costs are 2–3 times higher than those of regular logistics providers.
(1) When picking up the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, the customer must open it at the pickup point for inspection. If any product is damaged or lost due to transportation issues, please take photos on the spot and obtain a certificate stamped by the logistics company, and provide this certificate to us. We will assist the customer in filing a claim. Thank you!!
(2) For damaged products, after negotiation with the logistics company, a replacement will be provided in the next order or the cost of the damaged products will be refunded.
