Product Instructions:

1. The filtered yogurt needs to be thicker.

2. A filter bag must be used as an auxiliary measure;

3. If filled to the full capacity: the outer large bucket has a capacity of 1.7 L; the inner filter bucket has a capacity of 1.1 L. (However, it is not recommended to fill more than half, as this will affect the filtering efficiency);

4. Quick filtration; the knob can be turned to a suitable position. If you want a drier texture, you can add a spring and refrigerate it; the refrigeration time should not exceed 48 hours. Within this timeframe, the longer the filtration period, the drier the solidified state will be. You can try multiple times to find the filtration time and texture that you prefer.

5. A small amount of yogurt leaks out during the pressing process, which is a normal phenomenon; it will become stable once the yogurt becomes thicker.

6. After pouring the yogurt into the filter, if all or most of it leaks out, it indicates excessive stirring or insufficient solidification. Such yogurt can still be consumed or used as a starter culture, but it cannot be filtered further.
