About the exchange
1. We generally do not accept returns. If the product has quality issues due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. When we confirm that the problem is a factory defect, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the customer's next order. Before returning the product, it is necessary to contact our customer service by phone or Alibaba Messenger to confirm.
