Raw material : Factory buy the steel sheets raw material (open and flat)
Plate shearing : According to the design-drawings, plate shearing cut into the raw material to different sizes
Laser cutting/ punching : The machine works with the big-scale moulds together to reach the required parts and cooperate with the flow line production, which assure the production efficiency and quality
Bending: Skilled workers and advanced facilities make sure the clear lines and perfect appearance
Molding: Rolling machine cut the raw material to specific shape
Laser Welding & Poshing : fix the work pieces into the corresponding mould, firmly weldwith CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding and then conduct slag removing and polishing.
Spray and Coating: all parts will go through 13 treatments : water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. The imported automatic spray facilities and top-quality powder ensure the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic and no smell
