The blades and ropes can generally be rolled in rolls of different lengths such as 5m, 8m, 10m, and 15m according to customer requirements. They are then wrapped with thick packaging paper to prevent injury to workers during transportation, and are also packaged in high-quality woven bags to make the products look more neat and attractive. For easier transportation, the factory also compresses them to reduce their volume.



The blade spikes are typically made from hot-dip galvanized steel plates, which are stamped into pointed strips. Then, through machine extrusion, steel wire is wrapped around the hot-dip galvanized plate strips. Finally, it is wound onto a wire reel as required, and secured using clips so that the blade spikes can be opened and used upon arrival at the customer’s hands. Using hot-dip galvanized steel plates ensures no rusting over time; some government agencies or wealthy individuals also choose to use stainless steel plates for production. With advanced technology today, people have also invented electrophoretic painting, allowing various colors on the surface not only to prevent rust but also to make it more attractive.

The diameter of the blade rope can be adjusted between 30 cm and 120 cm depending on the application. The larger the diameter, the more space it occupies, making it harder to overcome, and naturally, the higher the cost. According to the fastening rules, the blade rope can be made in cylindrical or flat form. Currently, it can also be formed into a net sheet that can be used directly as a wall. It makes it impossible for people to climb or push forward, causing others to stay at a distance.
