purpose

it is mainly equipped with the oxygen supply system of medical center, which is used for oxygen inhalation by medical units for first-aid oxygen supply and hypoxia patients, scientific research institutions, industrial and mining and other suction flow control devices. oxygen inhaler flow is accurate, easy to use and safe. it is a necessary equipment for oxygen therapy for patients in emergency rooms and wards of hospitals.

working principle

the function of oxygen inhaler is to provide continuous constant pressure and flow of oxygen for patients to use. bottle plug-in oxygen inhaler uses its own decompression device to reduce the high pressure (15mpa pressure when full bottle) in the oxygen cylinder to the low pressure (0.2~0.2mpa) suitable for human use, then it is output to the human body after being moistened by water. however, since the input pressure of the wall plug-in oxygen inhaler is 0.2~0.4mpa, it does not need to be decompressed and can be directly output to the human body.

operation method:

1. add distilled water to humidification bottle, the water level in the bottle body cannot be higher than the upper water line, but not lower than the lower water line. it is forbidden to use normal saline instead.

2. inhaler before inserting the oxygen supply terminal socket, turn off the flow adjustment switch, adjust the direction of the oxygen quick plug, and then align the quick plug with the oxygen supply terminal socket aperture to insert, when you hear the sound of "click" and see the locking sleeve of the oxygen supply terminal socket slide automatically, the quick plug and the oxygen supply terminal socket are connected and locked.

3. before oxygen supply, insert nasal oxygen cannula into the oxygen delivery connector, and then turn the flow adjustment switch counterclockwise to turn on the origin, so that the floating ball slowly rises (the scale line aligned with the center of the floating ball is the flow reading, unit is l/min), the oxygen supply can be mediated as needed.

4. inhaler in the process of oxygen supply, if the water in the inhaler bottle is lower than the sewer line, close the flow adjustment switch in time, unscrew the humidification bottle body, and add distilled water according to the requirements of article 1 of this item, screw on the inhaler bottle body and continue to supply oxygen.

5. inhaler when it is stopped, the inhaler air source should be closed; if it needs to be removed, hold the inhaler by hand, and then remove it (the unlocking method of different oxygen supply terminal sockets shall be explained by the engineering installation unit), then go to the water in the bottle body for cleaning and disinfection, and store it in a non-corrosive and well-ventilated room).
