A: We are a manufacturer with 5 production bases in Yiwu, Lishui, Hangzhou and Jiangxi.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: ① 3-7 days for RTS products.
②30-40 days after the advance payment, OEM artwork can be provided.
③After the payment is completed, your order will be shipped within 40 days.
But it still depends on our production plan. During peak shipment periods, it takes longer.
Q4. Can you make samples for free? how long will it take?
---To customize the sample, we need some sample cost. The sample cost varies according to the complexity of the product. Usually we need 5-10 days for sample production.
Q5. Can the sample fee be refunded or deducted from the purchase price?
Answer: Yes, as long as you place a large order with us and reach our order quantity.
Q6. Do you test all products before delivery?
Answer: We have a professional team and leading testing equipment, which can test products at all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure the best quality.
Q7. What is your MOQ?
A: For OEM design, MOQ 1000 pieces, for RTS products, there is no MOQ requirement.
