Q2: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Qingyuan County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, China，Factory visit is warmly welcomed.
Q3:Do you accept custom design?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM business is welcomed. If you can provide artwork or pictures ,please send us in file format :cdr ,eps ,jpg , ai , psd ,pdf.
Q4:Shall I need to prove the brand/logo ownership and offer the certificate of authorization?
A:Yes, and we make your items after receiving the certificate of ownership and authorization.
Q5: How about the after-sale service?
A: Any problem about our products, pls feel free to call our after-sale department, or send an email to us, we will process it within 24 hours,you'll get our prompt attention and solvement.
Q6:Do you inspect the finished products?
A:Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out for inspection by QC department before shipping.
