Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please
feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly!
Hoping you can place larger orders after checking the nice quality of our products and
satisfying service! If we have some items in stock, then maybe we can offer a lower qty.
Q2: Can I Get samples?
A: Stock sample is free, and if you have some customized logos or colors, there will be some
set up charge, this can be discussed per detailed order information.
Q3: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: For stock samples, it takes 2-3 days and which is free. For customized order, it depends on
your logo and artwork styles etc., normally 7-10 days.
Q4: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 30-45 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure short
delivery time even for large quantity orders.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
A: We have our own designer. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are all ok. We will make 3D drawing for
mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
Q6: How many colors are available?
A: It depends on the technique. Like laser only can be in just one color, ss color or black color.
Heattransfer, water transfer, airwrap, water decal can be fading effect, no limit to the number
of colors.
Q7: Which kinds of Certificates would you have?
A: LFGB, REACH, Ca65, VOM, GB etc. Factory audit for BSCI, ISO9001, ISO14000,
Starbucks, Walmart, etc. We also have our own testing standard like dishwash safe, salt spray
testing, paint adhesion testing etc.
