Return and Exchange Service:
1: After receiving the goods, if you find any quality problems, please provide pictures and verify with our customer service. We support exchange or return. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
Point 2: For those who refuse to pick up the goods due to the distance, the round-trip shipping costs will need to be borne by you. Therefore, it is best if you provide your own logistics, and if you do not, we will reasonably arrange an appropriate one based on your address. (The shipping cost is to be paid upon delivery and requires self-collection).
Three: We do not support returns for products without quality issues.
Buyers' attention:
Products in smaller quantities or for customers in the nearby area can be sent by courier. If the courier fee is high, it is recommended to send the goods by dedicated logistics. If there is a specific logistics, please tell us the address or phone number in Yiwu.
Express delivery requires advance payment of shipping fees, and the logistics company usually requires you to pick up the goods yourself.
We can confirm the shipping time, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time, as the delivery and logistics are beyond our control.
After the custom design sample is confirmed, we cannot apply for a refund once we start producing the goods, as we have printed the customer's specific pattern, which makes it impossible for us to sell to others. We hope the customer will carefully consider their custom before making the decision.
Glass cups are fragile items. When we ship a large quantity, if one or two breakages occur, we will not immediately send replacement or compensation. Instead, we will offer a discount on the damaged cups when the customer makes their next purchase. The courier is not responsible for the breakage.
Products with quality issues must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt (as of the date of signature on the shipping invoice), and any claims after this period will not be processed.
