Sample 2: Sample

1. Sample Order:
The company will produce samples based on the product information, samples, or drawings provided by the customer.

2. Sample Cost:
1)： When a customer places an order reaching a certain quantity, a certain sample fee will be charged. After the sample fee is returned to the customer, the return can be deducted directly from the payment, or it can be paid to the customer directly in cash or by transfer.

2)：Long-term cooperative customers; We can provide some free samples!

3. Sample time:
Regular samples will take 3-7 working days, while special requirement products will take 7-15 working days. Other requirements will be based on the time confirmed with the customer.

4. Proofing Confirmation:
Once our sample is completed, it will be sent to the customer based on the sample provided by the customer! Manufacturers from all over the world are also welcome to visit our factory to see the samples;

5. Sample Traceability and Validity:
All customer samples of the company will be numbered and effectively stored. Samples will be re-confirmed and the information will be changed when the product features or changes occur to maintain their timeliness and effectiveness!

Three: Place an Order
1. You need to pay 30% of the total order amount as a deposit for the production of the products; please make the payment to the bank account or company account information we provide, and we will start producing the products based on your order and processing content after receiving the deposit.

2. After confirming the prototype product, we will arrange production. To ensure the correctness of the production and avoid unnecessary economic losses, we will first arrange for the production of finished products before the mass production. After your confirmation, we will arrange for mass production and deliver on time, never delaying the agreed delivery date. (The production time for different products is different, and the production cycle is generally 5-20 days).

3. Quality assurance. Each process is strictly implemented with a sample signature detection system, and the product process is strictly tested in accordance with the company's relevant regulations. For defective products, a strict elimination policy is implemented, striving for perfection; after all product production is completed, industry standard packaging will be used and the shipment will be arranged immediately.
