The most common problem with action figure models is that they are often very fragile and can easily break if not handled carefully.If there are issues such as peeling paint, gaps, or glue residue, these are not covered by our after-sales service!! Articulated figure models are not handmade crafts, but are mass-produced products assembled by hand, which may inevitably result in uneven color, smudging, or glue leakage. We cannot guarantee that the figures are flawlessly perfect!!

2. Problems with the transport of action figures: The shop supports one broken replacement! Or a refund and return, (the return postage needs to be borne by the buyer if there is no damage, and the postage for the shop to send out the replacement or exchange is borne by the seller!!) Please sign for and inspect the parcel upon delivery by courier, and contact us promptly if there is any damage. If there is any damage, please take a video or picture in time to process it. After 7 days, we will not process after-sales service!!
