Customized products are confirmed with buyers before production using computer-generated renderings. Please take a careful look at the computer images, especially the following details: dimensions, internal use space, bag making method, hanging holes, ventilation holes, edge pressing dimensions, etc. Once confirmed, the production will be arranged. Dimensions may have a 1-2mm tolerance. If you require extremely precise dimensions or if you are packing cardboard-type items, please make it clear to the customer service when placing the order.

About Color Difference

There is a color difference between the actual printing effect and the computer screen display.。

Images on a computer screen are displayed in the RGB color mode, presenting vibrant colors, while the color mode for printing is CMYK. Since the color modes are different, a slight color deviation is normal, and the color of the printed material will be affected by the paper and the intensity of the light source. Therefore, there will be a slight color difference between the actual printing effect and the computer screen display effect.Cautious for perfectionists of color, we are not responsible for color disputes.

The same file printed in different batches can also cause color differences.

In the printing process, the speed of ink drying can be affected by factors such as temperature and humidity in the surrounding environment. Therefore, due to the changes in the printing workshop environment over different time periods, different batches of printed products may exhibit differences. Additionally, since the printing process involves piecing together different plates, there is a certain probability that the same document may exhibit different color depths after being printed multiple times.

About the quantity

The production of bags involves many processes.

Blow molding - making plates - printing - lamination - drying - bag making - finished products - quality inspection - packing - shipping out

For example, if you order 100,000 bags, we will prepare 110,000 materials for production. During the production process, there will be some waste from printing, cutting, lamination, and quality inspection. Finally, the bags are packaged, so the actual quantity is difficult to control and cannot be 100% accurate. The specific deviation can be referred to the following range of data. The shipment quantity will be settled based on the actual number.

Note: We accept payment based on the actual quantity of goods shipped.

10,000: ±40%

20,000 units: ±20%

30,000: ±10%

50,000 to 100,000: ±5%

300,000 units: ±3%

About the delivery date

The lead time for blank and unprinted products is approximately 10 days (±1~3 days).

The lead time for printing products is approximately 12 days (±1~3 days).

The delivery date starts from the day after the confirmation of the computer-generated draft.

Attention: If you encounter a particularly urgent situation or if the customer needs to consider carefully before placing an order, as production can sometimes be delayed by power outages, broken machines, or other uncontrollable factors, leading to a 1-2 day delay in shipment, we will not bear the losses caused to the buyer, and we do not support returns or refunds.

About the return

Customized products, except for bag quality issues (as per the following 6 points), do not support returns or refunds for other reasons.

a. If the bag is torn

b. Printing content is incorrect

c. The size was seriously incorrect.

Color printing error (e.g., the color red printed as black, etc.)

Material error

The bag making method is incorrect.

Note: We do not accept buyer returns or refunds based on concepts such as "not the desired effect," "different feel," and so on.
