Color Printing Requirements:

Five, Common Problems in Pressing and Ironing:

1. Hot stamping is not stable.
Cause: Low pressure or low temperature, increase pressure or temperature, time.
After heat transfer, the surface lacks luster and is blurry and unclear.
Cause: The temperature of the heat transfer is too high, and the pressure is too great. Reduce the temperature, and reduce the pressure.
3. After the same plate is heated stamped, the pressure is unequal;
Cause: The size of the pattern area is significantly different, leading to unequal pressure. To correct this, increase the pressure on the larger pattern area, and use a pad of paper to ensure that the pressure on the pattern area is equal.
4. Can't be heated or come off
Cause: Low temperature and low pressure. Adjust time, temperature, and pressure;
