Regarding pre-sales issues
1: Regarding the number of units per order, is mixed orders supported? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the shipping cost calculated? Are all items sent randomly when shipped? Can we choose the style? Regarding styles and colors, mixed styles are used by default during ordering. If you have specific requirements, please note down the style or color (there is a field for this when you place the order; enter the model number and style, for example: Y1: Black). We will try our best to match your requests, but there may be shortages. We hope you can understand. Large items: please leave a note in the message; small items are sent randomly. Colors and styles are chosen randomly, but you can note down your preferences, and we will try to match them. If a color or style is missing, we will send it randomly. Please accept our apologies! There is a field for notes when you place the order.
3: Are the products listed in stock? What if there is a shortage? All of our items are available immediately for purchase; those displayed as purchasable on the page are indeed in stock, so please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional cases where some items are not promptly removed from the list, resulting in shortages. We apologize for this and will refund you for any items that are unavailable or not shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as you receive your order. We won’t notify you individually; thank you for your understanding!
4: I have already paid. When can the shipment be made, and how long will it take to arrive? Since our company handles a large volume of shipments daily, we will ship according to the payment order within 24–48 hours after payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operating procedures of different shipping companies. Items in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai are delivered promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee all requests. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns or exchanges and have the customer bear the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
Usually it arrives within 1–2 days in Anhui. In Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, and Beijing and Tianjin, it usually takes 2–3 days. For other regions, it takes 3–5 days, and for remote areas, 4–7 days. Logistics outside Anhui generally take 3–7 days! Regarding shipping: all deliveries are collected uniformly at 5 PM. Orders placed that day are usually shipped the next day or the day after. (We strive to ship promptly!) Due to many orders waiting to be processed and many customers needing reshoots or address changes, we will arrange everything before sending out the package! We will arrange shipping as soon as possible! We hope you can understand! The courier company we work with is Huitong Express. (Additionally, we also use Shentong, Post Small Package, SF Express, and consignment logistics.)
Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges for quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping cost. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost. We do not accept expensive carriers such as Deppon and Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu. If these regulations are violated, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. No returns or exchanges will be provided if there are no quality issues.
2. Please contact customer service before returning the item. Please also fill out the after-sales service form to enable tracking of your return and receive compensation.
3. The following conditions do not qualify for a refund or exchange:
A. The package of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or the accessories or related documents are missing;
B. Unauthorized repair or modification;
C. Use or storage not in accordance with normal methods;
D. Refunds are not available for colors that do not match the original color, or for items beyond the after-sales service period;
E. Seasonal products will not be refunded after the expiration date (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).
4. After-sales service is the most fundamental service of the company. We are willing to provide excellent after-sales support, and it is also necessary for customers to cooperate. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging products, and try to comply with the company’s regulations to avoid affecting your after-sales service. 7. Regarding the handling of damaged or quality issues products, if the weight does not reach five kilograms, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Regarding logistics, goods are usually shipped to other provinces. Yiwu logistics provides direct delivery to various cities across the country; deliveries reach most cities at the municipal level or above, while county-level cities require intermediate transfers. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you, and you will need to collect them in person. Here, we would like to make a special note: the quality of Yiwu logistics services varies. I hope everyone can contact a logistics company themselves before placing an order. You can either search for one by yourself or call 114 to inquire about the logistics service from Yiwu to your local location, choosing a point that is closest to you. Then inform us of the Yiwu logistics phone number, and we will deliver the goods to your designated service point.
